By accessing or using Kibou Systems services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

Kibou Systems provides:

• Custom software development
• SaaS applications
• WhatsApp API integrations via Meta Cloud API
• Automation systems
• Technical consulting

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services.

Users agree to:

Violation may result in suspension.

• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
• All invoices must be paid as agreed in contract terms.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Refunds, if approved, will follow Razorpay refund mechanisms.

All software, code, designs, and systems developed by Kibou Systems remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are granted a limited license to use delivered products as per contractual terms.

Kibou Systems shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Business losses
• Third-party platform outages (Razorpay, Meta, hosting providers)
• WhatsApp number bans caused by policy violations

Maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid in the last 3 months.

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to:

• Terms are violated
• Payments are overdue
• Services are misused

Users may terminate subscriptions by written notice.
